RED LIGHT THERAPY

Red light therapy is nontoxic, non-invasive, and considered safe for all skin types. It does not require the use of harsh topical substances or heat which can irritate or burn the skin.

Red light is thought to work by producing a biochemical effect in cells that strengthens the mitochondria. The mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell — it’s where the cell’s energy is created. The energy-carrying molecule found in the cells of all living things is called ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

INFRARED SAUNA

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly and heat your body's cells outwards. These saunas use infrared panels instead of conventional heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna. "Far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.
