I am a heart-led holistic therapist with a lifelong devotion to care, connection, and healing. With nearly 30 years of experience in childcare, service, and personal transformation, I now offer intuitive Lomi Lomi and Reiki sessions rooted in compassion, somatic wisdom, and soulful presence.
I offer heart-centered sessions that blend intuitive touch, energy work, and deep listening. I create a sacred space with patience, presence, and empathy - qualities shaped by my experience as a mother, a poet, a recovery coach, a woman devoted to healing and by a deep reverence for nature

WHAT IS LOMI LOMI?
Each ceremony lasts 2 hours and begins with reiki chakra alignment before heading in to the lomi massage. This delicious combination will restore your body, gently bringing you in to a dreamy alpha state, allowing you to drop out of your thinking mind and reconnect with your body and soul.

Embracing the element of water, the fluidity and flow of the long, gentle strokes used, moves energy through your body using myofascial release, encouraging lymphatic drainage and pouring the light force energy of reiki in to your bones, anointing every cell with love.

Lomi Lomi is the traditional healing massage of ancient Hawaii, developed from the Hawaiian’s deep appreciation of the cosmic nature of the physical body.

The word HAWAII means:
HA - breath
WAI - Water/Mana (life force)
I - supreme

It means: The supreme life force that rides on the sacred breath
(that creates and sustains life)

Lomi Lomi encompasses Huna wisdom - Huna being the modern name given to the esoteric philosophy of the ancient people of Hawaii.
