INFRARED SAUNA & VITAMIN C SHOWER

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly and heat your body's cells outwards. These saunas use infrared panels instead of conventional heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air.

HOW DOES THE INFRARED SAUNA WORK?

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna. "Far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Generally, people like saunas because they cause reactions like those caused by moderate exercise, such as vigorous sweating and an increased heart rate. An infrared sauna gives these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna.

VITAMIN C SHOWER

FREE VITAMIN C SHOWER AVAILABLE AFTER EVERY INFRARED SAUNA

The citrusy scent of a Vitamin C shower filter has aromatherapeutic benefits that can potentially elevate your mood, relieve your anxiety, and make you feel fresher overall. Showering is an activity that can engage all five senses, so it makes sense to enjoy a pleasant, lemony fragrance that can simultaneously relax and energize you!

Vitamin C is a powerful water softener and can remove impurities from shower water (such as chlorine, dirt, bacteria, and limescale) while making it feel gentler on your skin.

Your skin and hair need a certain pH level for optimal health. This can easily be maintained with a Vitamin C filter, as it can restore the pH of your body’s largest organ — your skin! — and prevent dryness and flaking. Ascorbic acid has a low pH and is an antioxidant/free radical scavenger; in short, it is massively good for skin cells.
