At The NorthWest Wellbeing Hub, each of our four therapists have completed training provided by HBOT expert Dr. Zayd Ratansi, with over 20 years of experience with HBOT. Throughout this comprehensive course, we acquire the knowledge to administer HBOT through an assessment of the client’s medical history, considerations of health and safety, evaluation of drug interactions, understanding of the potential benefits and risks associated with the treatment.
There is technically no mandatory requirement for certification for individuals who own and operate a Hyperbaric clinic. This can be concerning for those facing various medical conditions. Many Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) clinics may primarily offer this treatment for relaxation and wellness purposes, as indicated in their website terms and conditions.
