Service Description

A cold water plunge, also known as cold water immersion or cold water therapy, involves immersing your body in cold water for a short period of time. The water temperature is typically below 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit). This practice is believed to have various health benefits, including reducing inflammation, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and increasing alertness. It's also said to promote recovery after intense physical activity or exercise by reducing muscle soreness and speeding up recovery time. Additionally, some people find that cold water immersion can help reduce stress and improve mental well-being due to the release of endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.
