This non-invasive session combines the power of Lymphatic Drainage Pressotherapy, EMS Muscle Toning, and Infrared Heating Therapy for visible and lasting results. Whether you’re looking to target stubborn fat, smooth cellulite, support post-fat loss recovery, or simply feel lighter and more energised — this advanced fusion delivers. You’ll relax in a pressotherapy suit as rhythmic air compression stimulates your lymphatic system, helping to reduce water retention, ease bloating, and flush out toxins. Simultaneously, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) gently activates and tones key muscle groups like the core, glutes, and thighs — creating firmness and definition without strain. Deep-penetrating infrared heat enhances circulation, supports fat metabolism, and improves skin texture — leaving your body feeling sculpted and refreshed. Treatment duration: 1 hour (30 mins EMS/30 mins Pressotherapy) Pressotherapy / EMS is not recommended for individuals: - Any chronic illness in an active flare-up stage - Malignant or benign tumours (even outside the treatment area) - Any form of Cancer - Pregnancy or breastfeeding (may impact uterine tone or milk production) - Postpartum (2–6 months after birth or caesarean section) - Menstruation (can increase bleeding and cause dizziness) - Acute thrombophlebitis, recent vein surgery (less than 2 months) - Cardiovascular conditions including severe hypertension - Enlarged lymph nodes or hernia (excluding spinal) - Fever, viral infection, or cold-like symptoms - Epilepsy, nervous system or mental health disorders - Skin injuries, ulcers, bacterial or fungal infections, psoriasis or neurodermatitis - Thyroid disorders - Genitourinary or reproductive illnesses (particularly in the abdomen) - Pacemakers, metal implants, or prosthetics We will require written medical consent if you have an active or recent cancer diagnosis and recent surgery, especially liposuction (wait 3–6 months) Potential Side Effects: - Temporary increase in blood pressure, dizziness, or warmth in the face - Increased urination due to active detox effect - Possibility of bruising or hematomas, especially with sensitive skin or weak vessels Note: Side effects usually resolve within 7 days.
